The room is quite comfortable for the price with a nice large window facing the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and lovely!

We wish there were more options for breakfast.

The bedroom, the beds and the breakfasts and it’s friendly staff mostly at the breakfast hall.

There was wetness and moldy smells inside the rooms despite changing rooms twice. I developed a bronchitis after staying 5 days in the hotel and had to seek medical attention, despite spending almost the whole day outside. I wish they can fixed the wetness issues as the hotel is a wonderful stay otherwise.

Atmosphere in hotel is nice, beds are good.

View on 1e floor is not nice, in front of all windows are metal frames, feels like prison. Ask for higher floors for more open rooms! Swimming pool little privacy, everyone entering the reception will be looking down at the pool which is most of the time in the shade.

The room was nice. All staff are friendly and helpful. They offered to help me print boarding passes for free. The breakfast spread was great.

The only problem is the light at the curtain, above the wardrobe shelf and tea making console could not be switched off. We have to sleep with the light on - very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not to our taste. We were dragging our feet to go for breakfast in the morning.

The hotel lobby is impressive. My room was bright and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Tv has a movie channel. Bottled water is supplied daily and the room is cleaned every day. The gym and pool are good. The hotel is on the main road but very close to many cafes and restaurants and a short drive to Jimbaran Beach. There is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel.

Room is nice and good size, gym is basic but got all equipments we needed, didn't get time to try the pool but the view us beautiful. Good value for budgeted hotel, got a bit luxury vibe but half price, the room itself is great, definitely worth the price and you got a gym in the hotel. The gym provides towels (help yourself, no one was there in the early morning), you can fill your water bottle there, they got filtered water dispenser there

Entrance storage place was stink badly(the wall is right behind the shower, we guess it could be a water leak) we reported it to the reception and they took a note straight away, not sure if they can get it fixed. Hotel is pretty, however the hallway smell like sewerage. Breakfast for Asian dishes are all good, fruits were sweet, don't take from the bread selection tho, the pancake was dry, toast bread got lots of fruit flies, avoid the green pudding too lol Shower head was low, but the rainfall shower head on the ceiling doesn't work

Staff attentiveness and friendliness is amazing

Many parts of the room are old, rusty, partly broken and moldy. Our room light was flickering and could not switch off; had electrician coming in late at night for an hour but in the end all they could do was permanently disabling half of the light in the room.

Really helpful receotion staff, Nanda was charming, helpful and proffesional, she answered any questions with confidence and help. Very good TV channels in the room.

Location, for sure. It's very convenience cause there are fast foods restaurants like McDonald and KFC around. Also grocery store just across the hotel. The room that have access pool.

The staffs were very discriminated (to local people). I checked in at 3 pm but they said my room was not ready. Seriously, 3 pm and my room was not ready ? It's strange because the hotel occupancy it's very minimum due to coronoavirus epidemic. When I asked whether the room with pool access available, they told me it's ready. Of course I need to add more money for it. I had a dinner meeting with colleagues, and one of the waitress who handled the bill mentioned how much the price for that dinner loudly - so that my guest can hear it. Every time I had breakfast, a guy (i believe the supervisor) at the breakfast room greeted all the guess who came (they are foreigners) - but not me. And to be worst, none of them told me that there are main course at the back of the breakfast room, to the facts they knew I only know and ate what's available in the front table. So I only had some bread, pastry and tea during my stay. had no chance to the main course. I have to works and reply some urgent emails and worried that I will late for my breakfast. I called the guest services, asked whether I can have my breakfast in room. They said, they don't have much people who can serve me. While I saw with my own eyes, there are at least 6 people at the dining room (that's only in front table) - chatted and doing nothing. If one of them deliver my breakfast to my room, it will not harm the other guest. I believe it can be done in less than 5 minutes. Oh, did I mentioned that they are 4 stars hotel ?

Breakfast was very average, a little more variety would be great. and it would be great if there was a drink/coffee/snack facility available when the restaurants are closed.

It would help if the staff spoke English a little more, sometimes it was very hard for someone to understand what we needed or wanted done. And the fact it catered so much for the Chinese tourists, and not for other nationals. It would help if it was explained to the Chinese when booking in, that there are other guests in the hotel that like a quietness, especially late at night or early in the morning, when they shout in the hallways.

Love the kids club, large size pool area, jacuzzi is so good, helpful staffs, breakfast is good, very comfortable room, near the food market area

Maybe need little repair in the bathroom, the wall and wastafel area smells not good

Location is very good, the hotel is very big and clean. Pool with water slide. Welcome fruits on check-in.

The room is very wet, audibility is very good so it felt like you are in the same room with your neighbours.

Served very good buffer breakfast , best breakfast ever with a lot of choice ranging from western, asian and local. Nice and big hotel, room was big and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. We miss out the schedule to sidewalk and they specially send us, only 2 of us , the kind driver intend to wait and send us back to hotel but we decided to go back by grab. You can find sourvenior shop opposite sidewalk but not many. Gym equipment work well. There are food and convenient store further down across the road on the left. Walk further there are Mc Donald and KFC. The hotel provide free shuttle to muaya beach and sidewalk, we had our lunch at muaya beach by the seaside. Quite beach but no sourvenior shop. We book our one day tour at muaya beach going to tanah lot, taman ayu and padi field. We stay 2 nights at this hotel at Jimbaran and 2 nights at another hotel at Kuta.

Nice swimming pool but no privacy. Anyone who walk into the hotel/lobby can see you sleeping by the pool side. From the lobby you can see anyone swimming. Hotel not located tourist area but by the road side , hence no sourvenior shop or shopping near by.

Dirty towels should be replaced directly when cleaning the room

We booked the hotel due to the facilities. Playground have access from the kids club which opens from 9-6pm. The slides in the pool was great. They even have a warm jacuzzi. The lobby were beautifully decorated. Breakfast is halal and offers different choices daily. It caters more to Asian tastebud.However there is toast, fruits and salads too. There is a shuttle bus to Muaya beach and also sidewalk Jimbaran mall but you have to inform the staff beforehand to reserve a seat to and fro. Airport is just 10 mins away. Staffs were all very helpful and smiley. Walking distance to KFC, Mcd and pizza hut. About 10mins drive to the walking st which is Uluwatu St and also the famous Jimbaran seafood.

The ceiling along the corridor to the rooms are undergoing major renovations therefore it looked pretty unsightly.The door handle was loose so when we tap the hotel card, it didn't detect but the technician fixed it after we asked for a card change twice. The toilet seat had splatters of URINE when we checked in! The shower tiles looks dirty too. The bedsheets had stains even after we asked for a change. The housekeeper did try to find the cleanest sheet as most of it seemed stained. The wooden floor was dusty. Seems like housekeeping didn't do a good job. Feedback was given and we could see the difference in results as there were two face towels in the toilet after the 3rd day(there wasn't any to begin with) and they even placed extra towels on the bed in the shape of an elephant(cute though). We asked for cappuccino during breakfast and the staff did served us. However they weren't consistent in their service when we asked for it the following day. Most probably the staff did it out of goodwill. The hotel has a lot of potential but sadly they did not maintain it well. We found a monitor lizard swimming in the pool too. Takes about 30mins to walk to the beach. Nothing much around the hotel but you could do with grab or gojek takes you about 10mins drive to Uluwatu St for some shopping and massage but don't expect it to be like kuta/legian/seminyak/canggu. Pretty quiet area.
